Personal Data at time of booking massages

A certain amount of personal data is collected by Nest Mama Doula at the time of booking. This is for purposes of your health and safety during the massage as well as for Insurance purposes. I will also ask for health information to tailor massages according to your individual needs. All information gathered by Nest Mama Doula via email or paper is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party. I will ensure your data is kept safe and secure at all times and in line with current GDPR legislation. 

Personal data for all services

I receive, collect and store any personal data that you give or send to me directly. When enquiring about my services you may need to send me information such as your name, home address, contact number or email address to enable me to go forward with agreements. When booking for my postnatal doula service, we will both sign a contract which will be securely stored to protect our agreement.

How I use your Contact Information 

I only use this data to supply the service you are purchasing or enquiring about. When booking either online or on paper, you will be asked to fill in a booking form/ health form. In doing so you are agreeing to your information being used by Nest Mama Doula to adhere to insurance policies and inform you of any changes and/or service updates directly relating to the service/ sessions/ massage you have booked.
